Sends compliant touchpoints to the tenant using the phone number or email you provide, notifies them of the amount reported to the credit bureaus, gives them 60 days to negotiate with you and tells you when communication is sent.

Everything in CollectorPro, plus skip tracing to find up-to-date tenant phone numbers and email addresses when you do not have reliable contact details.

What you need before paying
