Questions to ask any service
Do I need a court or tribunal order first? Which credit bureaus receive the information? Is the fee one-time, per claim or a subscription? Who contacts the tenant, and is any collection activity involved? How are updates handled if the tenant pays?
When StrikeLM fits
StrikeLM fits if you want a single, order-backed submission without a subscription, and you prefer to handle any conversation with the tenant yourself.
