What we do
StrikeLM is a Canadian service that helps landlords submit eligible, court-ordered rent arrears to Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada. When a court or tenancy tribunal has already decided rent is owed, we make reporting that debt straightforward and affordable.
What we don't do
We are not a collection agency or a law firm. We do not negotiate with tenants, collect payments, give legal advice or decide whether rent is owed. Those decisions belong to courts and tribunals.
How we handle your information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Uploaded documents are encrypted in storage and used only to process your arrears claim. See our privacy policy for details.
