Alberta: reporting RTDRS and court orders for unpaid rent
Alberta landlords with an RTDRS or court order for unpaid rent can have eligible arrears submitted to Equifax and TransUnion Canada for $99 CAD.
Where the order comes from
In Alberta, landlords can bring rent disputes to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) or to the courts. Either route can result in an order confirming unpaid rent.
StrikeLM does not file RTDRS applications or court claims. It works only with an order you already have.
What qualifies
The order must be final and state an amount of rent owed. Orders limited to possession, or matters still under appeal, are not ready to submit. Our intake confirms eligibility before you pay.
Reporting with StrikeLM
Upload your order and proof that you are the landlord, pay $99 CAD, and eligible arrears are submitted to Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada within 24 hours.
