StrikeLM helps Canadian landlords submit eligible, court-ordered rent arrears to
Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada.

## Credit bureau submission

- Price: **$99 CAD per submission**, plus applicable taxes.
- Billing: one-time fee; one tenant and one arrears claim per submission.
- Includes: guided intake, document review, and submission to both Canadian credit
  bureaus when the claim is eligible.
- Requirement: a final court or provincial residential-tenancy-tribunal order
  confirming unpaid rent arrears.
- Coverage: all Canadian provinces.
- Timing: StrikeLM aims to file approved submissions within 24 hours; bureau
  processing and credit-file updates may take longer.

## Optional CollectorPro

CollectorPro add-ons are optional and are not required to submit arrears.

- Standard price: **$29 CAD per month**, plus applicable taxes.
- Introductory offer: **$1 CAD for the first month** when the offer is shown at
  checkout.
- Includes compliant tenant follow-ups after submission.

### CollectorPro+

- Standard price: **$49 CAD per month**, plus applicable taxes.
- Introductory offer: **$19 CAD for the first month** when the offer is shown at
  checkout.
- Includes CollectorPro features plus skip tracing.

  billed period**
